In this workshop with Israeli Artist in Residence, Shirel Horovitz, participants will use various printing techniques to explore the relationship between their own Jewish identity and the layout and history of Memphis. The prints and objects created in the workshop will remain in the artist’s studio to either inspire or be part of the larger installation that will open in the gallery on November 11. No prior art experience necessary. Maximum 15 participants per workshop.
Sign up in advance at the MJCC Member Services Desk or by contacting Heather Kufert at
